The 2021 Teryx KRX 1000 is Kawasaki's two-seat sport side x side, built for drivers who spend their weekends on rocky trails and rough desert routes. Power comes from a 999cc DOHC parallel twin making 76.7 lb-ft of torque, fed by DFI with two 50mm throttle bodies and paired with an automatic CVT that offers high and low range. You choose 2WD or 4WD at the switch, and a locking front differential helps on ledges and loose climbs. FOX 2.5 PODIUM LSC piggyback shocks give 18.6 inches of travel up front and 21.1 inches at the rear, with 24 compression settings. Maxxis Carnivore 31-inch tires on bead-lock alloy wheels deliver 14.4 inches of ground clearance, electric power steering keeps the wheel light, and the tank holds 10.6 gallons.
