Do you accept purchase orders from public agencies?
Yes. Purchase orders are accepted, and so is multi-unit ordering. Financing options are available if your organization would rather finance than buy outright. Tina Palmer, our fleet sales executive, handles the paperwork route that fits how you buy: 541-249-2520 or [email protected].
Can we order more than one unit at a time?
Yes, and that is where the pricing changes. Competitive fleet pricing and volume purchasing options apply to multi-unit orders, and we can add accessories, work packages and outfitting to the same order so the machines arrive ready for the job.
What support do we get after delivery?
Maintenance and repairs, Parts and accessories, Warranty assistance, Fleet service scheduling, Ongoing product support. Our parts and service departments keep the fleet operating rather than handing you off once the units are on the ground.
Which organizations do you sell to?
Public sector: Federal, State, County, City, School districts, Colleges and universities, Special districts, Public safety, Utilities. Does buying in Oregon save us sales tax?
We are located in Ontario, Oregon, and there is no sales tax on parts and service here. Oregon sales tax savings may vary. Contact us for details. Your own state's rules govern what you owe on a vehicle purchase, so confirm with us and with your finance office before you budget for it.
