"After being ignored at both of my local Honda Dealerships, in favor of the traditional looking customers, buying a quad became a bit of a quest for me. Then after being treated as just another “female looky-loo” by 3 other manufacturers, I was ready to give up. I own 2 Honda cars, and I really wanted a Honda ATV so after finding Edge Performance Sports on the internet, I made the short drive to Ontario to check them out. As I got out of the car, I saw several “traditional” customers already inside, so I told my husband “if they ignore or disrespect me here, the quest is over!” From the moment I walked in, I was greeted, welcomed, and treated with the utmost respect. Tempi was busy helping several customers, but still provided excellent, knowledgeable and respectful customer service (with a little humor thrown in, which was awesome). She was there when I had questions, sensed when I just needed to mull something over and absolutely never hovered as some salespeople tend to do. The more I learned about the quads, I decided the Rancher was a better fit for us than the Recon and that buying 2 might be a better choice for our family, so I spoke to Peggy about financing one. She also was pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable and definitely not pushy. She gave me several options or “plans of attack” to think about. I couldn’t wait to get back there the following weekend to purchase my two 2010 Honda Ranchers. I can’t remember ever being so excited, and Peggy and Tempi were genuinely excited for me. I’m sure they were happy to make the sale, but you wouldn’t know it by their actions. They truly were happy for me, and that made the whole “quest for the quad” worth it. Now you will find me every weekend out riding with my husband and kids. We have never had so much fun…and we owe it all to Edge Performance Sports.
